10/28/2011 - Halloween at the Cathedral Church of St. John, Albuquerque, NM
Back by popular demand after her wildly successful Charlie Chaplin performance in January 2011, Dorothy returns to celebrate Halloween at the Cathedral by performing the 1922 German silent horror film masterpiece "Nosferatu" starring Max Schreck as vampire Count Orlock. Based on Bram Stoker's Dracula, this truly creepy scary movie is a perfect way to ring in All Hallow's Eve!

Come celebrate Halloween at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with a special performance of Lon Chaney's brilliant "Phantom of the Opera" 1929 silent film masterpiece!  The "Man of a Thousand" faces still thrills audiences almost 90 years later. And for silent film buffs, we will be screening the restored tinted version as seen in 1929.

Back by popular demand from her double-header Charlie Chaplin concerts two years ago, Dorothy returns to beautiful Sibelius Hall in Lahti, Finland to perform Lon Chaney's beloved 1929 silent film masterpiece "The Phantom of the Opera."

Back by popular demand, Dorothy will perform a Charlie Chaplin "double header" - two screenings at 6 and 8 PM of three Chaplin 2-reel masterpieces!  Come hear Dorothy's acclaimed Chaplin accompaniments on the Cathedral's renowned 2003 Lively-Fulcher pipe organ. Back by popular demand after her sold out Chaplin concert, Dorothy will perform a special Halloween double header. Come get in the Halloween spirit with Lon Chaney's masterpiece "The Phantom of the Opera" at lovely St. Thomas Episcopal Church, located in the perfect Halloween setting, a marvelous old southern cemetery!  There will be a special spaghetti dinner before and between shows, so bring the whole family and wear your costume! Event schedule is: 5:15 pasta dinner 1st seating & 6:15 film; 7:00 pasta dinner 2nd seating/8:00 film.

9/25/2010 - Fugato Festival, Bad Homburg, Germany
In the famous & historic spa town of Bad Homburg outside of Frankfurt, Germany, Dorothy will perform 3 of Charlie Chaplin's most famous films, including his hilarious "The Cure", or "Die Kur", where Charlie turns a health spa upside down.  Dorothy will perform on the famous 4-manual Sauer Orgel (1908, restored 1993) as part of the celebrated Fugato Festival in the Erlöserkirche, Saturday night, 10:30PM!

7:30PM.  Come celebrate Edenton UMC's extraordinary new 98-rank, 101-stop, 5-manual Letourneau Organ as Dorothy Papadakos plays a hilarious summer's evening of Charlie Chaplin silent films. The highly anticipated World Premiere of Dorothy Papadakos' newly commissioned jazz work, "La Petite Sweet", for Organ, Vibraphone, Trumpet, Bass & Drums. The new work will feature world renowned concert organist Carol Williams, famed vibraphonist Ted Pilztecker (George Shearing Quartet) and three of Washington DC's top jazz artists: trumpeter Paul Gekker, bassist Dallas Smith and drummer Larry Ferguson.
